Note in Australia to minimise freight costs, orders up to 2.5kg can be express freighted for just $9.90
When you check out using your credit card details, the details must be exactly as per your credit card billing address. If you have problems having yourcard details accepted, then please select 'Details on File' and fax or phone your card details for the first order. If you are unable to progress to the secure check out page, you may need to change your security settings to allow secure sites.
Note for deliveries in Australia only, Australian Air Express is now charging a fee of $10.00 for a failed delivery attempt if you are not home to receive the goods. To avoid this possible charge, please use a PO Box (or ask for it to be left care of your local Post Office if you don't have a PO Box) as the delivery address or alternatively you can elect to have a "LEAVE WITH OUT AUTHORITY" sticker (please type this in the 'Your notice to us' window when you are entering your address details). The delivery person will leave the order on the porch or doorstep as discretely as possible, let us know if you have any specific instructions, however there is no proof of delivery with this and unfortunately we can take no responsibility for lost goods. If you are not home to sign for the goods and there is no 'leave with out authority' sticker, they will leave a card notifying you that you can collect the parcel from your local Post Office, they will charge us the failed delivery charge and we will need to pass this charge onto you. Small postal orders still go through Australia Post who do not at this stage charge for failed delivery attempts.
